We have an HR Data Coordinator opportunity available within our HR Service Center team supporting essential HR administrative activities, with primary focus on the maintenance of our HR/candidate data records and files across various countries and other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
You will apply your organizational and time management skills, communicate with employees and partners, and provide support across all levels of the organization while managing a variety of data and administrative priorities in a fast-paced, highly computerized environment. As part of a collaborative HR team, you will support HR partners and employees across multiple time zones and help deliver reliable, responsive service across the organization.
Description
• Update and maintain employee records to ensure accurate data is entered, verified and filed in various HR Management applications for employee life-cycle changes following established processes and internal documentation.
• Process employee transactions, deliver HR services or other time sensitive administrative activities in accordance with established processes, procedures, internal compliance guidelines and operational metrics that support effective service and best practices.
• Ensure appropriate documentation associated with the transaction is complete with appropriate approvals prior to processing the transaction.
• Coordinate with HR teams, Payroll, and third-party vendors to resolve service requests promptly. Troubleshoot when necessary and ensure timely corrections are performed.
• Support data quality related projects, as assigned
• May perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as file management, professional qualification verifications, letter/notification coordination, and Talent Acquisition tasks.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
• Experience completing administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing letters, correspondence, and related documentation.
• Strong professional customer service skills, with the flexibility to attend meetings during North American time zone hours.
• Ability to follow standard methods and procedures to complete primarily transactional work assignments.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with a professional attitude; Fluency in English is required for this role.
• Ability to stay focused, manage heavy workloads with concurrent deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail. You demonstrate flexibility and dependability.
• Comfort working with diverse individuals at all levels across a geographically dispersed organization.

• Knowledge of software applications necessary to process documents, employee data information and analytics tools (Word, Excel, Oracle / HRIS system (Oracle is preferred), Mail Systems, and Internet). Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills with advanced Excel experience is an asset for this role.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet role objectives.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in commerce, Arts, HR or equivalent experience with HR course work is preferred.
• Proven 1-3 years of data entry or HR/Talent Acquisition working experience.
• Basic/working knowledge of HR/Talent Acquisition practices, employee information systems, regulations, programs, and philosophies
