此職缺將先以派遣一年配合，依照明年公司人力計畫會評估展延。

【工作內容】
•Proactive in talent mapping and talent sourcing majorly in Engineering and Manufacturing field via diverse sourcing channels.
•Attract potential candidates and conduct quality of hire by strategically screening, manage structuralized selection process.
•Keep a pulse on the labor market specifically in semiconductor field to provide market intelligence and build trustful relationship with key stakeholders.
•Support recruitment activities and programs, such as Campus Job Fair, Internship Program, etc.
•Ensure data integrity in application tracking system and provide recommendation on improvement action plans

【工作班別】
固定週一至週五日班09:00-18:00，固定休六日。

【薪資】
月薪open，依經驗核薪，期滿獎金1個月。

【工作地點】
台南南科
