【HR】Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is responsible for full-lifecycle recruitment across diverse business functions—supporting talent needs from customer-facing front-end to back-end office teams. You will drive candidate sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, and employer branding initiatives.

【Main Tasks】

• Proactively search and source talent using diverse recruitment channels to build a strong pipeline.
• Screen resumes through resume review and initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview workflows and manage the candidate hiring process.
• Support campus recruitment campaigns and special HR projects to strengthen employer branding.

【Qualifications】
1. Bachelor degree in human resources, business management or psychology.
2. At least 2+ years'experience in Recruiting & Hiring
3. Good communication/interpersonal skills to work with various stakeholders.
4. Good command of written and oral English (TOEIC 800+)
