MISSION OF THE ROLE
The HR Technology & AI Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the HR Services team, responsible for deploying AI-powered solutions and automation across the HR function globally. Reporting to the Head of HR Services, this contributor will design, build and roll out AI agents and workflow automations - primarily leveraging Claude, Gemini and other leading LLM platforms - to streamline HR processes, improve service delivery and unlock productivity gains across all geographies and HR domains (HR Processes, Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Learning, Compensation, HR Analytics).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI Solutions Implementation & Deployment (70%): Design, build, and orchestrate end-to-end AI Solutions/Agents (Claude, Gemini) to automate HR processes. Lead hands-on prompt engineering, system integration, and continuous performance, ensuring all solutions meet rigorous evaluation standards (accuracy, latency) and comply with GDPR and security protocols.
- Data Management & Project Orchestration (20%): Model and validate HR data and knowledge bases to power AI agents. Bridge between HR stakeholders, IT.
- HR Process Optimization & Redesign (10%): Partner with HR leads (Talent, Ops, L&D) to map and redesign workflows, transforming business needs into AI-ready requirements and driving regional adoption through training and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM-based solutions, with demonstrable production deployments (not only prototypes).
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience working with Claude and Gemini (mandatory), including prompt engineering, multi-step agent design, tool use and integration with enterprise systems.
- Track record of building AI agents and automation that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong execution capability: ability to take a use case from idea to deployed solution with minimal supervision.
- Solid skills in data manipulation and management (data modeling, cleansing, transformation, validation, integration).
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured HR data sources.
- Strong teamwork orientation (mandatory): ability to collaborate effectively across HR, IT, and global stakeholders. This role requires someone who actively builds bridges, shares knowledge openly and thrives in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
