About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Jr. IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment and interview process
- Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
- Support daily HR operations
- Coordinate with employees and internal teams
- Assist with HR reports and other administrative activities
Skills Required
- 1+ Year of Experience in IT Industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
