HR Transition Manager with German | 100% Remote in Poland

Join an international transformation programme supporting the transition of HR operations into a modern Global Business Services (GBS) environment. We are looking for experienced HR transition professionals who thrive in project-driven, consulting-oriented environments and enjoy working closely with senior stakeholders across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR process transitions into a Shared Services / GBS model.
- Manage transition activities including process assessment, knowledge transfer, parallel runs, and stabilization.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders in Germany to drive successful implementation.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and project governance within a complex transformation programme.
- Facilitate workshops, status updates, and stakeholder communication throughout the transition lifecycle.
Requirements
✔ Proven experience delivering HR transition, transformation, or Shared Services migration projects
✔ Strong knowledge of HR processes such as Hire-to-Retire, Payroll, Recruitment Administration, or Employee Lifecycle Management
✔ Fluent German and English (both written and spoken)
✔ Experience working with senior stakeholders in international environments
✔ Strong project management, governance, and change management skills
✔ Availability for regular travel to Germany
