We are expanding our People Operations team and invite driven HR professionals to attend our upcoming walk-in recruitment drive.

HR Executive – Payroll & Statutory Compliance (1 Position)
Experience: 2–4 years in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory operations

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Core Responsibilities:

• Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance cycles, and leave adjustments.
• Ensuring accurate calculation and timely filing of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS).
• Handling statutory registers, monthly returns, and audit documentation under applicable Shops & Establishments and factory norms.
• Coordinating full-and-final (F&F) settlements, gratuity payouts, and exit documentation.
• Addressing employee queries regarding payroll breakdowns, tax declarations, and deductions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Proven hands-on experience handling payroll software and web portals (EPFO, ESIC, state PT portals).
• Practical understanding of Indian labour codes, payroll compliance frameworks, and income tax slab structures.
• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
