We're looking for someone to join our growing Workforce Management team in Saudi Arabia and play a key role in supporting our contractor and employee workforce across the Kingdom. As an HR & Workforce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant workforce experience, from onboarding and documentation through to payroll coordination, employee support, and day-to-day workforce administration.


Acting as a central point of contact for employees, contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure that workforce processes run efficiently, records remain accurate, and our people receive the support they need to succeed. You'll work closely with the Country Manager and operational teams to maintain high standards of service, compliance, and workforce engagement in a fast-paced and growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Collect and verify onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Prepare HR letters, forms, contracts, and supporting documents.
  • Support processes through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track Iqama, work permit, passport, contract, and insurance expiry dates.
  • Coordinate medical examinations and medical insurance.
  • Respond to employee enquiries and support employee-relations matters.
  • Collect and verify timesheets and payroll information.
  • Follow up with employees, clients, internal teams, and service providers.
  • Maintain employee, payroll, and operational trackers.
  • Assist the Country Manager with reports, meetings, follow-ups, and task management.
  • Esc any additional HR or operational duties as required.


Requirements

  • Due to Saudization requirements, applications are invited from Saudi nationals only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, administration, or workforce management.
  • Basic knowledge of Saudi employment processes and government platforms.
  • Good Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and reporting skills.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Good written and spoken Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
  • Please note this role is based in Al-Khobar


Previous experience in recruitment, manpower supply, outsourcing, or workforce-management companies would be an advantage.
