HRBP
General Description
The HR Business Partner performs advanced-level Human Resources activities and partners with Operations. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to Hourly employee hiring and relations, policy/procedure implementation, employee training and development, performance management implementation and etc..
Key Accountabilities
l Implement recruitment plans aligned with Operation’s needs;
l Partner with Operations to diagnose organizational development needs and support action plans identified as part of the organizational review process;
l Support various activities from interview to final hiring;
l Manage and analyze the recruitment channel effectiveness;
l Compilation of HR recruitment statistics;
l Manage attendance monthly record and leave applications;
l Provide monthly report from attendance data to Operations and HR;
l Basic information maintenance in Platinum system;
l Operations business support on turnover or OT control, run programs on problem solving;
l Initiate internal position transfer and candidates selection;
l Implement annual training plan to support business priorities;
l Support training implementation management and analyze;
l Communicates, establishes and maintains effective employee relations with Hourly employees at the plant;
l Able to exercise judgment, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations;
l Be responsible for employee relations & communications, counsel staff on change management, employee issues;
l Ensure HR policies and practices are effectively communicated and compliant with Operations to minimize company's exposure to legal risks;
l Takes the initiative to take on challenging assignments and creates opportunity where none exists;
l Performs other related responsibilities as may be assigned or required.
l Also charge of the admin issues in Wuhu Plant
Qualifications & Requirements
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources or related field required;
l Above 5 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company;
l Familiar with production operation and provide HR support for the business process;
l Proven and demonstrated knowledge of HR principles, practices, and accomplishments required;
l Proactive, decisive and able to work independently on a broad variety of subjects,
l Comfortable with challenging group dynamics and handling unexpected and conflictual situations;
l Good at communication, planning and problem solving;
l Good command of English language and Computer skills;
l Good presentation skills and interpersonal skill.
