HRBP Generalist

Position Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Generalist to serve as the strategic link between Human Resources and Operations. This role supports business objectives by driving talent acquisition, employee development, engagement, labor relations, and workforce planning while fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with operational leaders to support workforce management and employee development.

Drive effective recruitment, selection, and onboarding strategies.

Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.

Identify and develop key talent while supporting succession planning initiatives.

Analyze Human Resources metrics and recommend corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies.

Lead training, performance management, and organizational development initiatives.

Participate in strategic plant projects related to growth, transformation, and continuous improvement.

Promote a culture of safety, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist.

Knowledge of

Human Resources processes

Training and development

Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT) / Mexican Social Security Law (IMSS)

Employee relations and conflict management

Advanced Microsoft Excel

Preferred

Knowledge of employee engagement or organizational climate surveys

Project management

Power BI
