HRBP (Mandarin speaker, Manufacturing)
- Strategic Alignment: Linking HR strategy to manufacturing goals and managing organizational change.
- Performance & OD: Driving continuous feedback culture and improving corporate-to-factory workflows.
- L&D & HRDF: Upskilling staff for internal mobility and maximizing HRD Corp fund utilization.
- Succession Planning: Grooming high-potential talent to eliminate "single-point-of-failure" risks.
- Data Analytics: Using HRIS data and predictive analytics to forecast manpower and retention needs.
- Compliance & IR: Overseeing Industrial Relations, legal compliance, and ethical governance (ABAC).
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
- At least 10 years of well-rounded HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner
- or L&D-focused role.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector in Malaysia.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Labor Laws and industrial relations practices.
- Demonstrated experience in designing succession plans, leadership modules, or organizational
- development interventions that resulted in improved retention.
- HRD Corp Certified Trainer (TTT, MIHRM or CIPD certification is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
