HRBP Officer
- Partner with business units to align HR strategies
with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
(including UU Cipta Kerja) and provide HR policy guidance.
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment,
employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Analyze HR data, prepare reports, and support
decision-making while maintaining effective communication and stakeholder
relationships.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, HR
Management, or a related field, with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations, including the
Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other work tools.
- High integrity, adaptable and resilient, with strong
analytical and interpersonal skills.
