HRBP (Regional/HR Operation/Stakeholder Management/Compliance) LT2

Responsibilities

Serve as the HR Business Partner for designated business units, providing end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Partner with stakeholders on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and offboarding.
Provide guidance on HR policies, employment legislation, and HR best practices.
Handle employee relations matters, including employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary cases where required.
Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS and prepare HR reports and analytics.
Support and drive HR initiatives across areas such as Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, and HR process improvement.
Participate in regional and global HR projects to enhance HR service delivery and operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR governance standards.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide trusted HR advisory support.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist experience.
Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Experience using HRIS and preparing HR reports or analytics.
Good understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR compliance.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
