1. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor on people-related matters.
2. Provide both strategic and day-to-day HR support to ensure effective delivery of HR initiatives and business objectives.
3. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to design and implement policies, programs, and tailored solutions that meet business needs.
4. Develop initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, foster positive workplace relationships, and enhance productivity and retention.
