Job Summary:**

The HRBP Staff Property SBU will act as a strategic partner to the Property Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leadership, providing comprehensive HR support and solutions aligned with business objectives. This role focuses on optimizing human capital within the Property SBU to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with Property SBU leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
* Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
* Facilitate talent management processes within the Property SBU, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
* Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the Property SBU.
* Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
* Act as a change agent, supporting organizational transformation initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
* Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as required.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Experience working with a Property or Real Estate Strategic Business Unit is highly advantageous.
* Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Have an A and C driving license and can support the general service process.
