HRBP Supervisor (BGC Taguig) | Onsite
Work Setup/Schedule: Onsite in BGC, Taguig on a rotational/shifting schedule
Role Overview:
This role supports the deployment of assigned HR processes while ensuring compliance with SLAs and organizational policies. The incumbent will prepare dashboards, analytics, research, and benchmarking reports under managerial guidance, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and branding initiatives — all with the goal of delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders within available resources.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR supervisory or team lead role within a BPO environment
- Must be amenable to an onsite work setup in BGC on a rotational or shifting schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex employee relations issues and facilitate grievance resolution.
- Lead policy formulation efforts, including process design, guideline development, research, benchmarking, and the delivery of HR advisory solutions.
- Provide expert HR policy guidance and partner closely with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and retention.
- Develop and manage HR analytics, metrics, reporting, and knowledge management initiatives to build overall HR capability.
- Oversee vendor relationships and contribute to employer branding and positioning strategies.
- Lead function-specific projects, audits, and compliance activities.
