HRBP

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to lead culture and employee experience initiatives that enable people to do their best work.
• Use people data and insights to improve retention, engagement, and team health.
• Be the go-to advisor for managers on performance, engagement, growth, and tough people conversations.
• Run seamless people operations across onboarding, policies, employee lifecycle, and workplace administration.
• Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, promotions, and feedback practices that scale.
• Build scalable HR processes, systems, and rituals for a fast-growing organisation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of HRBP experience in high-growth, product-based startups.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people partnering skills.
• Ability to drive culture, employee engagement, and team experience initiatives.
