HRGA Commercial Manager

• Collaborate with commercial leadership to understand business needs and develop aligned HC strategies.
  
• Lead HC projects and initiatives that support commercial objectives.
  
• Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure they align with the commercial sector’s needs, emphasizing speed and efficiency inherent to the FMCG sector.
  
• Implement comprehensive talent management programs that address not only recruitment but also employee retention and career development.
  
• Develop and facilitate relevant training programs that are tailored to the needs of the commercial team, focusing on enhancing skills crucial for the FMCG market dynamics.
  
• Enhance performance management systems to ensure they are robust and effective, providing clarity and alignment with commercial objectives
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related advanced certification is highly preferred.
  
• Minimum of 7 years of HC experience, with at least 5 years in a management role preferably within the FMCG industry.
  
• Proven track record of HC partnership with significant impact on business outcomes.
