HRGA Supervisor
Description
What You Can Expect:
1. Supervise daily HR operations, administration, and HRIS management.
2. Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
3. Ensure accurate payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
4. Manage employee relations and industrial relations matters.
5. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
6. Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development programs.
7. Monitor workforce planning, headcount, and HR-related costs.
8. Prepare HR reports, analyze HR metrics, and monitor KPIs.
9. Drive HR process improvements and operational efficiency.
10. Supervise and develop HR team members.
What You Bring:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Experience in logistics or multinational companies is an advantage.
4. Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Good command of written and spoken English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Workday).
