WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Serve as a trusted resource supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations and partnering with HR leadership across multiple People initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, personnel files, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and execute a seamless onboarding experience, including employee orientation, new hire documentation, system access, and readiness activities.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, leave tracking, and Total Rewards initiatives.
  • Respond to employee questions through the HR inbox and other communication channels, resolving issues independently or escalating as appropriate.
  • Assist employees and managers with HR policies, procedures, and employment-related questions while ensuring consistent application of company practices.
  • Support performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in researching, developing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to support employee relations matters, documentation, and corrective action processes.
  • Coordinate training programs, compliance activities, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Generate HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions and identify trends.
  • Leverage HR technology and AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and employee support.
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the People Organization, including Talent Acquisition initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other HR-related responsibilities that contribute to an exceptional employee experience.

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE

  • 3+ years of Human Resources, Business Operations or PMO experience supporting multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating employee onboarding, HR administration, payroll support, benefits, or employee lifecycle activities.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, analyzing HR data, and identifying trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and reporting.
  • Experience using technologies such as Paylocity, Workday, Unanet, Costpoint, Lever, ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Ability to support employees across multiple locations and time zones, including occasional international coordination.

EVEN BETTER

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, and labor regulations.
  • Experience supporting compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards programs.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve HR operations, reporting, or employee support.
  • Experience with HR analytics, dashboards, or workforce reporting.
  • HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Experience supporting a government contractor or highly regulated environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
