To support HR operations with focus on payroll coordination, HRMS/Workday data management, audits, reporting, and process digitization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with outsourced payroll vendor for accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Manage employee data updates in Workday and ensure data accuracy and system hygiene.
• Support HR audits, MIS preparation, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.
• Track employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, transfers, exits, and organizational changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support HR digitization initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of employee queries related to payroll and HR operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of HR records.

Desired Profile:

• Graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations/payroll coordination.
• Hands-on exposure to Workday or similar HRMS platforms.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Understanding of payroll inputs, audits, and HR data management.
• Good process orientation and interest in HR technology and digitization trends.

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing / Engineering / Corporate HR Operations.
