Job Description:

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an HRIS Analyst to support workforce data, reporting, and operational processes for a global client. This role helps ensure data accuracy, delivers business insights, and supports process improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and validate employee and operational data

  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports

  • Support stakeholders with system and process-related requests

  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies

  • Assist with testing, system updates, and process enhancements

  • Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures

  • Support audits, compliance requirements, and data governance standards

  • Contribute to operational and continuous improvement projects

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Information Systems, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in operations, reporting, analytics, or systems support

  • Experience working with enterprise systems and business applications

  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables required; advanced formulas preferred)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Work Setup:

  • Full Onsite for the first 60 days at Ayala, Makati HQ.

  • After 60 Days: Hybrid Setup to 3 days onsite in Ayala, Makati HQ or any of PSG’s Workspaces (SM North, Exxa Tower C5, MOA, and Alabang)
