HRIS Analyst

Summary

The HRIS Analyst will lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the Dayforce HCM platform, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize HR processes and ensure data integrity. The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring system workflows, and providing ongoing support and reporting for the organization.

We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to lead the implementation and ongoing administration of the Dayforce HCM platform across our U.S. operations.

This role will partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement, optimize, and support Dayforce modules while improving processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with strong project management, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of Dayforce HCM modules.

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.

  • Analyze current processes and recommend improvements.

  • Configure and maintain Dayforce workflows, security roles, business rules, and organizational structures.

  • Coordinate data conversions, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure project success.

  • Develop training materials, process documentation, and end-user guides.

  • Provide ongoing system administration, support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain data integrity and support compliance reporting requirements.

  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.

  • Manage system updates, enhancements, and new feature releases.

  • Support change management and user adoption initiatives.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HRIS, HCM, business systems, or related experience.

  • Experience leading or supporting enterprise HR system implementations.

  • Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Workforce Management processes.

  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience with testing, issue resolution, and system support.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.

Preferred

  • Direct Dayforce implementation or administration experience implementing a full suite of HCM.

  • Experience implementing multiple Dayforce modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Time & Attendance, and Scheduling.

  • Manufacturing or multi-site workforce experience.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • CBAP, PMP, SHRM, HRCI, or Dayforce certifications.
