This role offers a strategic opportunity to leverage data-driven insights to enhance our human resources operations and inform critical HR decisions. As an HRIS Data Analytics specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw HR data into actionable business intelligence, supporting our organisation's growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
Extract, analyse and interpret HRIS data to identify trends, patterns and insights that support HR strategic initiatives and business objectives
Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using HRIS platforms and business intelligence tools to track key HR metrics including workforce composition, recruitment, retention, performance and engagement
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
Perform data quality validation and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability of HR information systems
Develop predictive analytics models to support workforce planning, succession planning and talent management decisions
Create ad-hoc analyses and custom reports as requested by HR leadership and operational teams
Document data processes, methodologies and findings to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the HR function
Maintain and optimise HRIS configurations to support effective data collection and reporting capabilities
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
