HRIS Engineer: Sage People & Data Integrity

Aqualis Group is seeking an HRIS Administrator in Kuala Lumpur or Cebu to own the Sage People HR information system, ensuring GDPR-compliant data flows and smooth integrations with payroll and other systems.

You will configure workflows, manage releases, and maintain data integrity while delivering HRIS enhancements from requirements through deployment. Collaboration with HR, IT Security, and Data teams will enable automated processes and robust Power BI reporting.
