HRIS Manager

Responsibilities:

HRIS Governance

• Establish and maintain HRIS governance, policies, standards, and system controls.

• Partner with global HRIS team to align regional requirements with global system governance.

• Lead system enhancements, implementation activities and upgrades (if any)

System Administration & Maintenance

• Oversee day-to-day administration of HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, create and

following through ticketing via ServiceNow).

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to local HR teams.

• Ensure system configurations remain accurate and aligned with business processes.

• Coordinate testing, data migration and deployment of new functionalities, patches, and releases.

• Manage user access controls, role-based permissions, and security requirements.

Regional HRIS Operations Support

• Act as the regional HRIS subject matter expert (SME) for local HR teams, supporting core HR

processes, including Employee lifecycle management, Organization management, Performance

management.

Data Management & Compliance

• Maintain high levels of HR data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.

• Establish data validation and auditing processes.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, including local country requirements.

• Manage data governance standards and master data controls.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.

• Generate workforce analytics and insights to support business decisions

Requirements:
Education and Experience: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information

Technology, or a related field; and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

HRIS Expertise: Extensive knowledge of HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactor) and familiarity

with current HR technology trends.

HR reporting : Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reports using tools such

as SAP SuccessFactors Reporting, Power BI, Advanced Excel etc, enabling accurate workforce insights

and data-driven decision-making.

Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and

monitoring of HR technology initiatives.

Data Integrity and Security: Expertise in maintaining data integrity and security, and managing HR data

accuracy.

Vendor Management: Effective vendor management skills, including contract negotiations and

performance optimization
