HRIS Systems Analyst
Overview:
The HRIS Systems Analyst administers, configures, and optimizes Holley's HRIS and timekeeping systems, including integrations, controls, testing, and issue resolution. The role owns data integrity across HR systems, leading recurring audits and driving continuous improvement across processes, data, and systems, and exercises independent judgment in implementing approved changes. As part of the Total Rewards team, it looks for opportunities to simplify and automate, and partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business leaders to ensure system reliability, accurate data flows, and compliance with internal controls. Timecard review and correction remain with people leaders, with HR guidance and follow-up, and Payroll reviews timekeeping outputs for exceptions affecting pay.
