We are currently looking for an AI Solution Engineer to join a strategic global cybersecurity initiative within the banking sector. The role focuses on building AI-enhanced cybersecurity and observability solutions that support large-scale enterprise environments and modern security operations.

You will work within international engineering teams responsible for developing next-generation AI-driven platforms supporting vulnerability remediation, monitoring, observability and automation initiatives across the organization’s global cybersecurity ecosystem.

The position combines hands-on software engineering, AI/LLM integration, DevOps automation and cloud-native engineering, with strong focus on innovation, operational resilience and secure software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enhanced cybersecurity and observability solutions using modern AI technologies and frameworks.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop AI-driven monitoring and remediation capabilities integrated with observability and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Integrate and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph or OpenAI Agent SDK.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions and related DevOps tooling.
• Automate deployment, patching and operational workflows using scripting and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Collaborate with global engineering, AI governance and technology teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Ensure alignment with secure coding standards, cybersecurity best practices and internal engineering processes.
• Contribute to automation, reliability and operational excellence initiatives across the cybersecurity platform landscape.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python development and FastAPI.
• Experience building and integrating AI/LLM-based solutions using APIs or SDKs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Solid understanding of REST API design, integration and security.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or OpenAI Agent SDK.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with automation scripting using Python, Bash, PowerShell or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Ansible.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and source control best practices.
• Experience building, optimizing and troubleshooting deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of automated testing practices within CI/CD environments.
• Experience integrating applications with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong engineering mindset focused on automation, scalability and operational efficiency.
