Application Developer – IAM & API

We are looking for an Application Developer with strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), API development and identity integrations.

You will join a team responsible for building and improving identity lifecycle and access management solutions, developing APIs and automating identity-related processes across enterprise systems.

Location: Kraków – hybrid, 6 days per month from the Kraków office
Contract: B2B via Antal (outsourcing)

Your responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APIs and backend services supporting identity and access management.
• Build identity lifecycle workflows covering provisioning, deprovisioning and access changes.
• Integrate identity platforms with enterprise applications and services.
• Work with authentication, authorization and identity federation.
• Implement and integrate solutions based on OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT and SAML.
• Develop event-driven integrations using Pub/Sub and asynchronous processing.
• Build secure, scalable and reliable services, with a strong focus on API security.
• Automate infrastructure and IAM configuration using Terraform.
• Troubleshoot issues across APIs, identity services and distributed systems.
• Work closely with Security, DevOps and Engineering teams on technical solutions and integrations.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go or Node.js.
• Solid hands-on experience with REST API development and backend services.
• Practical experience in IAM / Identity Management / Identity Orchestration.
• Experience with identity platforms such as Auth0, Okta, WorkOS, SlashID or similar.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, JWT, SAML and identity federation.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool.
• Understanding of API security, authentication and authorization.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English – B2/C1.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions or GKE.
• Knowledge of OPA / policy-based authorization.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Ping Identity.
• Kubernetes / GKE experience.
• Secret Manager, HashiCorp Vault or similar.
• React / Full Stack experience.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS or HIPAA.
