Principal Security Researcher
We are looking for an experienced Principal Security Researcher to join a global cybersecurity environment focused on advanced security research and offensive security. The role involves identifying and exploiting previously unknown vulnerabilities, researching new attack techniques, and developing tools and automation to enhance security assessments.
📍 Location: Kraków, hybrid model, 6 days per month from the office
💰 B2B rate: 180–200 PLN/h
Key areas:
- Vulnerability research, 0-day discovery and exploit development
- Penetration testing, reverse engineering and source code review
- Mobile, network, hardware and embedded systems security
- Security tooling, automation and prototyping
- Using AI/GenAI for security assessments and vulnerability discovery/validation
- Collaboration with cybersecurity, security architecture and other technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in security research and vulnerability exploitation
- Experience with penetration testing and software security assessment
- Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Android and iOS security
- Experience with software development and security automation
- Fluent English
