JOB PURPOSE
HSE Advisor II provides advanced guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Advise on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations, standards, and best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate workplace hazards.
Provide guidance on the implementation and maintenance of HSE management systems.
Collaborate with management to develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures.
Lead or assist in incident investigations and root cause analyses.
Deliver HSE training programs and workshops to employees at all levels.
Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Engage with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in HSE practices to inform organizational strategy.
