HSE Engineer — Drive Safety, Compliance & Risk Mitigation

Rotork plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement mitigation plans across the organization. You will coordinate ASPP tasks under D.Lgs. 81/2008, conduct audits, and report KPIs to drive continuous improvement in health, safety and the environment.

The role reports to the HES Facility Manager and requires proactive collaboration to meet corporate HSE objectives and continuous performance enhancement.

Identify hazards and develop mitigation plans Coordinate ASPP tasks as per D.Lgs. 81/2008 Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting Analyze injuries and near-misses and implement corrective actions Work with team to improve HSE performance and environment health/safety Experience with safety and environment regulations Ability to analyze data and generate measures Experience auditing and reporting on health and safety Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication skills Hybrid work mode
