HSE Engineer: Safety, Environment & Compliance Lead

Rotork PLC is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards, and implement mitigation plans. The role involves coordinating ASPP tasks, performing audits, and driving continuous improvement in health, safety and the environment.

You will report to the HES Facility Manager and work with the team to achieve corporate HSE objectives, analyzing incidents and contributing to corrective actions. English proficiency and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Lead internal audits and Gemba walks. Prepare and deploy improvement plans. Report KPI results and corrective actions. Identify hazards and assess risks; implement prevention measures. At least 3 years in a similar role in a structured company. Mastery of safety and environmental regulations. Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems. Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports, and drive improvements. Strong communication, teamwork and proactive problem solving.
