HSE Engineer — Safety, Risk Prevention & Improvement

Rotork Plc is seeking an HSE Engineer to ensure compliance with safety standards, identify hazards and implement mitigation plans. You will coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008, conduct audits and KPI reporting, and drive continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental performance.

Identify hazards, assess risks and implement mitigation plans. Coordinate ASPP tasks per D.Lgs. 81/2008. Conduct internal audits, Gemba walks and KPI reporting. Develop and deploy improvement plans to meet HSE objectives. Must have at least 3 years in a similar role in a structured company. Mastery of safety and environmental regulations. Knowledge of international standards on safety and environmental management systems. Ability to analyze data, generate measures, run reports and implement changes. Hybrid work mode
