HSE Officer

• Monitor and enforce compliance with project HSE plans, procedures, and statutory regulations. • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify unsafe conditions and practices. • Ensure contractors comply with approved safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessments. • Monitor emergency preparedness and ensure emergency response procedures are implemented. • Maintain HSE records, reports, inspection logs, and incident statistics. • Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports for project management and clients.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. • Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction projects, preferably with engineering consultants in the UAE. • NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory). • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent certification preferred.
