HSE Officer

We are looking for an experienced HSE Officer with proven experience working on NMDC projects and ADNOC-approved projects in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE requirements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, client standards, and project-specific HSE procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and project requirements at site.
• Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with ADOSH-SF, ADNOC HSE requirements, and applicable UAE legislation.
• Review and monitor Risk Assessments, Method Statements, JSA, PTW, and other HSE documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks, HSE inductions, safety briefings, and awareness training.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractors and site personnel to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, incident reports, and other required documentation.
• Participate in HSE audits, emergency drills, and client/authority inspections.
• Promote a strong safety culture and exercise Stop Work Authority where required.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE HSE experience in construction, marine, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related projects.
• Proven NMDC project experience is mandatory.
• ADNOC approval is mandatory.
• Valid ADOSH-SF / OSHAD certification.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification.
• Additional HSE certifications such as IOSH / ISO 45001 will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and client HSE requirements.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
• Good communication, reporting, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
