HSE Officer

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE awareness sessions.
  
• Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and site safety requirements.
  
• Review and support risk assessments, JSA/JHA, and method statements.
  
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices.
  
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and safety observations.
  
• Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors and workforce to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  
• Ensure emergency procedures and environmental requirements are followed.
  

Requirements

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
  
• Valid Qatar ID (QID).
  
• Valid MIC PTW Card.
  
• Valid MIC Gate Pass.
  
• Relevant HSE experience in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, industrial, or construction projects.
  
• Good knowledge of PTW, risk assessment, JSA, toolbox talks, and HSE procedures.
  
• Good communication and reporting skills.
  
• Must be able to work effectively with site personnel and management.
  
• Immediate availability is preferred.
