HSE Officer - Manufacturing

Position Title: HSE Officer - Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 6,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well-established global supplier, based in UAE that produces all types of high-quality tissue grades through cutting-edge production with superior quality standards Job Description: • Conduct workplace risk assessments, identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures across factory and warehouse operations. • Perform regular safety inspections, monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, and ensure safe working practices around machinery, equipment and production areas. • Investigate workplace incidents and near misses, identify root causes, recommend corrective actions and deliver toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions. • Maintain accurate HSE reports, incident records, risk registers, inspection checklists and audit documentation, supporting internal and external HSE audit.

• Male, 40 years old or below, with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Safety Engineering or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of HSE experience in manufacturing, industrial, or factory environments; paper, tissue, packaging, or FMCG preferred. • NEBOSH IGC preferred, with knowledge of risk assessments, incident investigation, occupational safety, and UAE HSE regulations. • Experience in workplace inspections, toolbox talks, HSE documentation, and corrective action coordination with production and maintenance teams.
