HSE Specialist (East Cost of Malaysia)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10 years of offshore drilling rig experience gained within the last 15 years, including at least 5 years of dedicated experience in independent third-party rig HSE inspections and safety management system auditing.
- Previous experience serving as a Safety Officer or HSE Advisor on offshore drilling units.
- Possession of a valid, internationally recognized health, safety, and environment certification, such as NEBOSH or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in conducting Dropped Object Prevention Scheme (DROPS) surveys and HSE Management System (MS) audits.
- Strong understanding of offshore HSE regulations, industry standards, risk management principles, and safety compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to assess and audit HSE performance, identify safety gaps, and recommend corrective actions to improve operational safety and compliance.
- Must be Malaysian and willing to be based in the East Coast of Malaysia
