- Collaborate in determining the appropriate number of HSE Officers based on the site's activities.
- Work closely with the HSE Senior Supervisor/HSE Team Leader to achieve high levels of HSE performance.
- Provide comprehensive information regarding the company's scope at the site to ensure alignment with the Project safety plan.
- Conduct daily site walk-downs to monitor the performance of HSE staff.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports for review with the HSE Senior Supervisor.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions related to HSE Internal or external Audit reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) if necessary.
- Evaluate the HSE officer's adherence to the Company's HSE policy and the effective implementation of the HSE Management system.
