HSE Supervisor – Temporary- Kuwait

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure HSE compliance at the project site.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
• Ensure safe execution of electrical modification, steel structure erection, and AC/HVAC modification works.
• Monitor PTW, PPE, work-at-height, lifting, hot work, and other high-risk activities.
• Report and investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Coordinate with site teams to implement corrective actions.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in HSE, Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent certification.
• 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction/MEP projects.
• Good knowledge of site safety procedures and risk assessment.
• Kuwait/GCC experience is an advantage.

Contract Duration:

Temporary position until February 2027, subject to project/site requirements and extension as required.
