HSE Training Programmes Manager (copy)

Dallah Safety Academy is an accredited safety training institution in Doha. We are looking for a professional who starts with the client, not the course catalogue.

The role:
You will visit client companies, study how they operate, identify their real risks and competency gaps, and design training programmes built for each company. You will also own the quality of our accredited HSE courses.

Key responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and training needs assessments for client companies across sectors
- Translate findings into tailored programmes with clear learning outcomes, content and assessment methods
- Present proposed programmes to clients and refine them based on their feedback
- Measure the impact of delivered programmes and report results to clients
- Develop and update accredited course content in line with awarding body and client requirements
- Support trainers in delivering the programmes you design

Skills

- NEBOSH International Diploma, CMIOSH or equivalent
- Proven experience designing needs-based training programmes for companies
- Field experience in at least one high risk sector such as construction, oil and gas or logistics
- Strong presentation and client engagement skills
- Experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage
