HSEQ Officer

Job Description:

* Maintain the company’s Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) management system.

* Ensure compliance with safety laws, ISO standards and company requirements.

* Prepare HSEQ documents, risk assessments and tender submissions.

* Conduct safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.

* Arrange safety training and maintain training records.

* Prepare HSEQ reports, statistics and KPI reports.

* Organise monthly HSE meetings and follow up on action items.

* Maintain safety records, permits and certifications.

* Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams on HSEQ matters.

* Monitor safety performance and support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant HSEQ experience.

* Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

* Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and risk assessments.

* Experience in audits, inspections and incident investigations.

* Good documentation, reporting and communication skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

* WSH or ISO Auditor certifications are an advantage.

* Marine or offshore experience is an advantage.
