HSSE Engineer - Onshore - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee HSSE activities in an onshore environment;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulations;
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments;
  • Support operations related to material offloading and vessel interface activities;
  • Promote a strong safety culture among teams and stakeholders;
  • Prepare HSSE reports and performance indicators;
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective action plans.

Work Regime

  • Onshore, with a schedule aligned to vessel operations and material offloading timelines;
  • Days off scheduled according to operational demand and disembarkation planning.

  • Degree or certification in Occupational Safety or Safety Engineering;
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HSSE, preferably within the oil & gas industry;
  • Fluent English (mandatory);
  • Mandatory certifications: CBSP and T-HUET Ca-EBS;
  • Previous experience in onshore operations and interface with offshore activities is a plus.
