Job Summary-We are looking for a skilled and motivated HTML Web Developer with 24 years of experience in frontend web development. The candidate should have strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, PHP, and CodeIgniter.The candidate must also have a good understanding of UI/UX design principles and hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate should be able to understand design requirements, create user-friendly interfaces, and convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.Knowledge of React.js and modern frontend development practices will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Convert Figma designs, Photoshop files, wireframes, and mockups into clean, responsive, and pixel-perfect HTML interfaces.
• Develop responsive layouts using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap.
• Apply UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Create and modify web layouts, page elements, and visual components based on project requirements.
• Ensure websites work properly across different browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured frontend code.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and project teams.
• Integrate frontend interfaces with backend functionality and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, layout, responsiveness, and browser compatibility issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing web applications.
• Optimize webpages for performance, usability, and responsiveness.
• Follow coding standards and best practices for frontend development.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tailwind CSS is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Bootstrap and responsive grid systems.
• Good understanding of PHP.
• Working knowledge of CodeIgniter (CI).
• Basic understanding of MySQL and database concepts.
• Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Ability to work with frontend/backend integration.
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control.
• Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web standards.

Mandatory UI/UX Design Skills

• Good understanding of UI/UX design principles, usability, and user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Figma for reviewing, understanding, and working with UI designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for viewing, editing, and preparing web graphics and design assets.
• Ability to convert Figma designs and Photoshop layouts into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS pages.
• Understanding of typography, color combinations, spacing, alignment, visual hierarchy, and consistent UI layouts.
• Ability to identify UI inconsistencies and suggest improvements to enhance usability and user experience.
• Ability to work with designers and developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.

Good to Have

• Knowledge or practical experience with React.js will be an added advantage.
• Experience with modern frontend development practices and component-based UI development.
• Knowledge of Laravel or other PHP frameworks.
• Experience with AJAX and API integrations.
• Understanding of website performance optimization.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility.
• Experience working on dashboards, portals, registration systems, or other web-based applications.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or other graphic design tools.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in web development.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding UI implementation and responsive layouts.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to understand existing code and make enhancements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a development team.
• Willingness to learn and work with new technologies.

Education- A bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Relevant practical experience and strong technical skills will also be considered.
