Responsibilities

• 負責製造生產、銷售、物料庫儲等廠務及人力之統籌
• 管控廠內之生產排程、交期及產量
• 負責產線作業之規劃與管理，以提升產能降低成本
• 確實執行生產目標，並達成各項生產指標
• 負責所管轄人員的工作監督與績效考核
• 協助各項建廠事宜及廠長交辦事項

Requirements

• 學士學位以上，理工相關背景
• 具4年以上化工廠工作經驗，有連續製程經驗尤佳
• 具人才領導經驗或具有良好領導潛力尤佳
• 具備邏輯思考能力和創新發展的個性
• 具良好溝通及學習能力
