環安衛工程師-台中

1.配合新竹廠推動ISO 45001, ISO 14001有關事項，並指導有關部門實施。
Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 at the Hsinchu site and provide guidance to relevant departments on the execution of related requirements.
2.職安衛委員會召開。
Organize and facilitate Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings.
3.擬訂、規劃及推動作業環境監測。
Develop, plan, and implement workplace environmental monitoring programs.
4.實施廢棄物管理，並進行相關資料之蒐集。Manage waste-related activities and collect and maintain relevant records and data.
5.對應環安衛政府外部稽核(e.g. 職安署、環境部等)
Coordinate and respond to external EHS inspections and audits conducted by government authorities, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Ministry of Environment.
6.協助蒐集總部所需之資料。
Assist in collecting and compiling EHS-related data required by corporate headquarters.
7.擬訂、規劃及推動(內)外部環安衛教育訓練(含在職教育訓練和新人訓)
Develop, plan, and deliver internal and external EHS training programs, including refresher training for existing employees and orientation training for new hires.
8.承攬商管理，施工申請、教育訓練、危害告知，高風險作業許可與施工防護具…等規範。Manage contractors, including construction work applications, safety training, hazard communication, high-risk work permits, and requirements for personal protective equipment and other construction safety controls.
9.協助護理師推動進行四大計畫(人因危害預防、過負荷、職場不法侵害、母性保護)。Assist occupational health nurses in implementing Taiwan’s four mandatory occupational health programs.
10.協助特約醫師和護理師實施健康高風險人員衛教/個案追蹤/復工評估/健康促進活動。Assist contracted occupational physicians and occupational health nurses in providing health education for high-risk employees, conducting case follow-up, performing return-to-work assessments, and implementing health promotion activities.
11.擬訂、規劃定期現場環安衛巡檢。
Develop, plan, and conduct regular on-site EHS inspections.
12.擔任防火管理人，推動和實施消防自主檢點、消防設備年度檢修申報、綜合演練和其他有關消防法規定之項目。
Serve as the Fire Prevention Manager and implement fire safety self-inspections, annual inspection and reporting of fire protection equipment, comprehensive emergency drills, and other activities required by applicable fire safety regulations.
13.危害性化學品管理。
Manage hazardous chemicals.
14.高風險作業巡檢等。
Conduct inspections of high-risk work activities and follow up on identified safety issues.
15. 客戶稽核對應與回覆。
Coordinate customer audits and prepare responses to audit findings and inquiries.
16. 其他主管交辦事項。
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
