1.Management systems and document control (IMS and SMS), ensuring controlled document versions, effective distribution, and regular review and revision of their applicability.
管理系統與文件控制(IMS與SMS)，確保文件版本受控、有效發布，並定期修訂與檢視其適用性

2.Audits and continual improvement to ensure consistency between documentation and actual operations.
稽核與持續改善，確保文件與實際執行作業一致

3.Implementation of risk assessment and operational safety measures.
風險評估與作業安全措施落實

4.Compliance with regulations and customer requirements; assisting in evaluating whether current company operations comply with laws and customer HSE requirements, and proposing improvement suggestions.
法規與客戶要求遵循，協助評估公司現行作業是否符合法規及客戶 HSE 要求，提出改善建議

5.Assisting in the review of subcontractors’ HSE qualifications and documentation to ensure they meet company and client requirements.
協助審查分包商 HSE 資格與文件，確保其符合公司與客戶要求。

6.Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
主管交辦事項

Candidates with at least two years of experience in offshore wind, marine engineering, or shipping are preferred.
具離岸風電、海事工程、航運兩年經驗者優先。
