6.主動與各單位溝通，了解各單位的需求，協助或配合好各單位的工作
7.督導內部單位工作正常有序開展，優化內部作業流程

1. Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations, brand requirements, regulatory standards, and required permits.
2. Supervise the implementation of factory safety and environmental health practices, and collaborate with different departments to develop practical improvement plans.
3. Supervise and monitor the implementation of energy-saving, carbon-reduction, and waste-reduction initiatives.
4. Support the implementation of factory management systems and monitor their execution and effectiveness.
5. Supervise the implementation of training programs and activities.
6. Proactively communicate with different departments to understand their needs and provide necessary support and coordination.
7. Oversee daily departmental operations to ensure smooth and organized workflows, while continuously improving internal processes.
8 Conduct training and development activities for departmental staff.
9. Monitor factory machine downtime and supervise equipment maintenance activities.
