Huawei Network Engineer

Salary: $6,000 – $7,000 per month

We are looking for a Huawei Network Engineer to support network automation, monitoring, system integration, and application development initiatives. The role will work closely with the network team to enhance existing systems and provide ongoing BAU support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the network team in implementing automation initiatives, including network provisioning and monitoring.

• Develop monitoring dashboards to enhance network monitoring capabilities.

• Manage and maintain network monitoring systems and tools.

• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain programs using appropriate programming languages, databases, and technologies.

• Understand and integrate with system APIs.

• Maintain and modify existing programs based on approved requirements.

• Develop programming logic, flowcharts, and coding changes as required.

• Test and implement programming enhancements and modifications.

• Develop new program code based on prescribed specifications.

• Provide BAU support and enhancements to existing systems.

• Provide 24/7 on-call support when required.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in one or more of the following:

  • Python

  • JavaScript

  • UNIX Shell Script

  • SQL

• Familiarity with web application technologies such as ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

• Ability to develop and troubleshoot applications in both UNIX and Windows environments.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP and SNMP is an advantage.

• Knowledge of network concepts is not mandatory but would be an added advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to provide 24/7 on-call support when required.
